Alice(:

Okay so this "Alice McKinley" chick has a series of books, written by Phyllis Reynolds Naylor's.

The series start when Alice is in the third grade. The books follow Alice through the troubles of Alice in her pre-teen years.

"Al" as her father calls her, grows up in Silver Spring, Maryland. With her father and older brother. Her mother died of leukemia when Alice was four or five. Alice has had a hard time at first growing up in an all-male household, but her father and her brother, Lester, prove to be honest and open about almost everything Alice talks about.

The Alice series include many topics, including relationships, dating, sex, friendship, life problems, families, God, and understanding.

I like this books because in a way I can compare my self to her as I grew up, and well they are a little funny with the things that Alice does.

Well i read this books when i was in 4th grade, so i dont expect any high school student to read them but i guess you can say that they aren' t so bad after all(;
